Full job description

Job Overview

Pay - dependant on experience

Bonus - Bi Annual Production Bonus

Duties

Follow work orders, drawings, and verbal instructions to assemble products.
Use hand and power tools to fit and install parts and subassemblies.
Connect wires, cables, and components accurately.
Perform quality checks and make adjustments or repairs as needed.
Operate cranes or forklifts to move larger parts.
Keep your work area clean and organised, and help monitor stock levels.

Desired Education and Background

Educated to GCSE minimum level
Some experience in a hands-on or mechanical role
Comfortable using hand tools and able to lift up to 25kg.
Able to follow instructions, read diagrams or technical drawings.
Good basic maths and communication skills.
Experience with hydraulic systems is a bonus, but not required.
