Location: King’s Lynn
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

We are a busy and growing print and marketing company looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Graphic Designer / Customer Service Executive to join our team. This is a varied role combining creative design work, pre-press production, artwork correction, and direct customer interaction.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that customer artwork is professionally prepared and produced to the highest standards, while providing excellent service throughout the order process.

Key Responsibilities

Designing and preparing artwork for a wide range of print and marketing materials.
Checking, correcting and pre-pressing customer-supplied artwork to ensure print readiness.
Liaising directly with customers by telephone, email and in person to discuss artwork requirements and provide advice.
Managing daily workloads and prioritising tasks to meet production deadlines.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Taking ownership of assigned jobs and seeing them through from concept to production.

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience working within a commercial print environment is essential.
Excellent working knowledge of:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Experience with CorelDRAW would be highly advantageous.
A strong understanding of print production processes and pre-press requirements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot and correct artwork issues.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
