Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Representative specialising in the Care Home Division. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with care home providers, promoting our range of services, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of B2B sales within the healthcare sector. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation committed to delivering exceptional care solutions.

We are looking for a commercially focused, target-driven Sales Representative to win and onboard new care home clients. This is a field-based role involving direct outreach, relationship building, and closing contracts with care home groups and independent providers.

You will play a key role in expanding our care home portfolio and positioning Chemist2Home as a trusted long-term partner.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care home sector and decision makers through targeted outreach and networking.
Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with care home managers and decision-makers.
Pitch Chemist2Homes’s services (dispensing, compliance support, medication management solutions)
Present and demonstrate our products and services effectively, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT systems.
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and CQC/NICE expectations
Drive utilisation of digital tools for customer engagement, including virtual meetings and online presentations.
Organise appointments and manage schedules efficiently to optimise time management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or care home industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Valid driving licence with the ability to travel frequently to client sites.
Proficiency in IT applications such as CRM systems, MS Office suite, and virtual communication platforms.
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional approach to client interactions.
Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to team objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to make a tangible impact within the care sector through strategic sales initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B sales (healthcare or care home sector highly desirable)
Strong closing ability – not just lead generation. Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Full UK driving licence

Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience selling into care homes or healthcare providers
Knowledge of pharmacy services, eMAR systems, or MDS solutions
Existing network within the care home sector
