Full job description

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping to create safe, enjoyable environments at events?

T3 Security is looking for reliable, professional, and enthusiastic Stewards to join our growing events team. You must already hold a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety.

You'll have the opportunity to work at a variety of sporting events, concerts, festivals, and other exciting venues while developing your skills and experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Steward, your responsibilities will include:

· Supporting the safe movement of supporters during ingress and egress

· Conducting ticket checks and access control where required

· Assisting with spectator safety and customer service

· Providing information and assistance to supporters and visitors

· Identify potential hazards and report them to supervisors

· Support for emergency procedures and incident response

· Have the ability and willingness to describe and record incidents they have witnessed or been involved with

We're looking for people who are:

· Friendly, approachable, and confident.

· Reliable and punctual.

· Calm under pressure.

· Excellent communicators with strong customer service skills.

· Able to work as part of a team.

· Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

· Physically able to stand and patrol for extended periods.

· Eligible to work in the UK.

Essential Requirements

· Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety

Desirable Qualifications

· Previous stewarding or customer service experience.

· First Aid qualification.

· SIA Door Supervisor Licence (not essential but advantageous).
