Job Description:

FMP Ltd is a small, farm-based engineering firm looking for a dependable and efficient Production/Warehouse Operative to become part of our team.

In this role, you will support the seamless operation of our production processes and warehouse functions. Your responsibilities will include:

Assembling and manufacturing products efficently in line with customer specifications and quality standards
Operating machinery and equipment to fulfill orders efficiently
Keeping the workspace, including the warehouse and production areas, well-organized
Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods and materials in the warehouse
Conducting quality control checks and reporting any defects or issues in production

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under time constraints is required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards is required.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team is required
Capable of working independently when necessary is required.
Familiarity with working to precise measurements is preferred, But training will be provided.

Additional Notes:

Forklift experience desirable
Own transport is preferred due to our rural location
