Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and personable Home Improvements Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential clients to promote our home improvement services, generating quality leads, and supporting our sales team in expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and ideally speak Spanish. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales experience within the home improvement industry and contribute to the growth of our organisation.

Duties

Working on venues in garden centres and shopping centres introducing our home improvement services
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and needs assessment
Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to record and manage lead information accurately
Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture interest and schedule appointments for sales representatives
Maintain organised records of interactions and lead status within CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies
Communicate clearly and professionally in English to engage a diverse client base
Stay informed about current home improvement trends and company offerings to effectively promote services

Experience

Prior experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Strong verbal communication skills in English are required
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
Experience working in a target-driven environment is beneficial but not mandatory
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
