About Milk & Honey
Established in 2008, Milk & Honey is an advanced skincare clinic on Belfast's Lisburn Road, specialising in consultation-led treatments, medical-grade skincare and long-term skin health.
We're looking for an experienced and qualified Beauty Therapist who is passionate about skincare, confident in delivering a broad range of beauty treatments and committed to exceptional client care.
This is an opportunity to join an established clinic with a loyal client base, a professional working environment and ongoing training and development.
The Role
We are currently recruiting for two permanent Beauty Therapist positions:
- 16 hours per week
- 30 hours per week
Our clinic operates Tuesday to Saturday, including one late evening. Working days will be agreed according to the requirements of each role and the clinic rota.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality beauty and skincare treatments confidently, safely and consistently.
- Carry out thorough professional consultations and identify appropriate treatment options.
- Recommend professional skincare and homecare to support clients' long-term skin health.
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent treatment standards and client care.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and professionalism throughout the clinic.
- Maintain accurate client and treatment records.
- Contribute positively to the smooth day-to-day running and continued growth of Milk & Honey.
About You
Essential:
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy, such as ITEC, CIDESCO or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years' professional experience working as a qualified Beauty Therapist within a salon or clinic environment.
- Confidence and competence in delivering a broad range of core beauty therapy treatments.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- A professional, reliable and client-focused approach.
- A genuine interest in skincare and long-term skin health.
Experience with advanced skincare treatments, facial electrical treatments or professional skincare brands would be an advantage, but training in Milk & Honey's specific treatments, technologies and skincare brands will be provided.
