Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish; multilingual skills are a strong plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills to manage product displays and stock levels
Demonstrated time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of merchandising principles and customer service best practices
Experience in retail or sales environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Professional phone etiquette and the ability to upsell products naturally
