Job Title: Sales and Homeownership Coordinator (Temporary, for a fixed term to cover maternity leave - up to 12 months)
Hours: 37 Hours per week (to be worked flexibly in line with business needs)
Salary: £30,857.77 per annum, pro rata (Plus Regular User Mileage Allowance)
Location: Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich.
Flexibility to work from a variety of places including our office at Gadbrook Park, Northwich and home (dependent on the job role and the needs of our customer, our organisation and our teams)

We are looking for a driven, diligent, and friendly Sales and Homeownership Coordinator to join our Team. What Will You Do?
As the Sales and Homeownership Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales and Homeownership Team, providing marketing and sales support and administrative functions. You will help to raise brand awareness via our website and social media platforms and provide essential administrative and coordination support across a range of sales and homeownership activities. Working closely with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal stakeholders you will ensure sales progress smoothly while maintaining high levels of accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Senior Sales Officer with administration of the new sales and rent to buy processes including updating the QL housing management system and the Prospa CRM database.

Conduct viewings of new homes with prospective purchasers, complete property handovers at sale completion and carry out regular property inspections of new build homes.

Support the Senior Sales Officer, Senior Homeownership Officer and Communications team with online Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy marketing content, including the Prospa Homes website, Rightmove, Share to Buy and social media.

Support the Senior Sales Officer with the rent to buy tenancy sustainment annual checks.

Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service to customers through the new build customer journey.

Be an early contact for prospective purchasers and explain the features of shared ownership and developments in an honest and accessible way to customers, inline with the requirements of the Homes England Capital Funding Guide

Help co-ordinate customer feedback regarding viewings, sales process experience and the property.

Work with the Development Coordinator with the production of the Home User Guides (HUGS) reviewing and updating as necessary.

Organise purchase order numbers and processing of invoicing via our financial system POP.
Minimum Requirements For This Role*

Minimum 5 GCSE Grade 4-9 / A* - C (Math’s and English) or equivalent level of qualification.

Experience of delivering high-quality customer service in a customer-focused environment.

Experience of using social media and design platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Canva

Experience of managing a diverse and varied workload
Due to the nature of the role, a full current driving license and access to a car is essential. The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
