About The Role

QA Manager - Projects and NPI Support

We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA Projects Manager to lead a team of QA Specialists supporting site projects, new product introductions (NPI), and technology transfer programmes within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring quality is embedded throughout the project lifecycle, from design and qualification through to commercialisation, while maintaining full compliance with EU GMP requirements and industry best practices.

As the primary Quality Assurance representative within project governance structures, you will provide expert leadership in quality risk management, validation, change control, and quality systems oversight. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, QC, Supply Chain, and Project Management, you will ensure that project objectives are delivered efficiently without compromising quality, compliance, or patient safety.

In addition to leading and developing a high-performing QA team, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support regulatory inspections and audits, and play a key role in the successful introduction of new products and technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys influencing strategic projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and fostering a proactive quality culture within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This Team Lead role is required to provide effective day-to-day leadership, supervision and development support for the expanding QA team, ensuring appropriate oversight, prioritisation and compliance management across all activities.
