The role

You will build and lead inploi’s marketing function from the ground up.

Your job is to help inploi win more of the right enterprise customers, increase the value of the opportunities we compete for, and make it easier for buying groups to understand, trust and buy from us.

You will own positioning, content, demand and the marketing operating system, working deeply with Sales, Product and Customer Success across the customer journey.

This is a genuine 0 1 build. You need to be strategic enough to define the system and hands-on enough to build it.

What you will own

Positioning and narrative - sharpen how inploi is positioned, translate our product into clear customer value, and build a distinctive market narrative.

Content and buyer education - build a content engine around the problems, questions, objections and decisions our buyers actually face. Create thought leadership, customer proof, events, webinars and content that helps customers buy.

Demand and account engagement - create demand within the enterprise accounts and buying groups that matter, building an earned-attention engine that makes outbound convert and drives inbound that compounds.

Sales and opportunity progression - work directly with Sales on live opportunities. Build proof, content and enablement that increases buyer confidence and helps improve deal progression, win rate and ACV. Marketing should be trust infrastructure for Sales, not a lead factory.

Product marketing - work with Product on positioning, launches, packaging, customer proof and translating what we build into language buyers care about.

Customer journey - help create a consistent experience from first interaction through buying and adoption, working across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success rather than creating functional handoffs.

Marketing operations - build the systems, data and reporting required to understand what is working. We care about pipeline quality, buying-group engagement, opportunity progression, win rate, ACV and revenue impact - not vanity metrics.

The function - establish the operating model, team, partners and technology required to scale Marketing as inploi grows.

What you bring

We are looking for a hands-on enterprise B2B marketer who has built before.

You will have:

Strong B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience.
Experience marketing to enterprise customers and complex buying groups.
Evidence of building or materially shaping a marketing function in an early-scale environment.
Strength across positioning, content and demand generation.
A commercial mindset and evidence your work has influenced pipeline quality, win rate, ACV or revenue.
Experience working intimately with Sales and Product.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
A point of view on modern B2B buying and how Marketing should support it.
Using AI to research, create, analyse and automate so you can operate with exceptional leverage.
A bias toward action, ownership and getting things done.

HR tech, Talent Acquisition, and broader HCM ecosystem familiarity are valuable, but not essential. We prioritise strong enterprise sales and commercial experience over existing market or product knowledge – we can teach someone our market and product faster than we can teach them how complex enterprise deals are won.

What success looks like

Within 6–12 months:

inploi has clear, differentiated positioning used consistently across the business;
our new website and core buyer journey are live;
a repeatable content, events, webinar and nurture engine is running;
Marketing and Sales operate around shared target accounts and opportunities;
Sales has proof and enablement that genuinely helps win deals;
we can demonstrate Marketing's contribution to pipeline quality, opportunity progression, win rate and ACV;
the foundations of a scalable, AI-native marketing function are in place.

Because of you, inploi is easier to understand, easier to trust and easier to buy from - and we are winning more and bigger enterprise customers as a result.
