Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Updating and configuring BIOS

Installing and configuring operating systems after data erasure

Accountability and Ownership.
Passion for technology.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of current hardware and technology
Be responsible and take ownership for all devices allocated to you
Written and verbal communication skills
Helpful, friendly attitude
Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
IT Qualifications would be advantageous to your application but are not essential
Training and support will be given to the right candidate in our systems and procedures. It is envisaged that you will have no problem in picking this up quickly. We also envisage that there will be room for you to grow and develop the role as time progresses.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
