The Role

As a Marketing & Product Management Intern, you will join our Marketing team based in Nottingham and undertake a structured 9-12 internship programme within the B2B environment.

You will gain hands-on responsibility and exposure across Product Management, Market Intelligence, and Marketing Communications, working on real business challenges that directly impact growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the day-to-day workloads of the department and project work
Present Project update and personal learnings following completion of each project
Exposure to other areas of the business
Gain exposure to multiple business functions and international stakeholders

The Scheme

Duration: 9-12 months

This structured Internship programme is designed to develop your commercial and leadership capability.

You Will Get

Industrial experience

Develop commercial/business/marketing skills
Understanding real world Business/Marketing practices
Understand Stakeholder needs
Development of Soft skills: Communication; Presentation skills; Problem solving; Stakeholder awareness and engagement; Project scoping and planning

What We Are Looking For

2 years of a 3 or 4 year degree in a Business or Marketing related subject
Good analytical capability with confidence working with data
Commercial awareness and an interest in industrial B2B markets
Strong team collaboration skills
Ability to commit to a year placement
