Full Time | Structured Career Development | Immediate Start Available

FOCUS is looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals to join our Sales & Leadership Programme in Nottingham city centre.

Designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career, the programme combines hands-on sales experience with structured training, personal development and leadership coaching — giving you the opportunity to progress from learning the fundamentals of sales through to mentoring, leadership and eventually management.

No previous management experience is required. We’re looking for personality, ambition and potential.

Your development:

This isn't a programme where you'll spend months sitting in a classroom. You'll learn through a combination of training, coaching and hands-on experience.

Stage 1 – Sales Fundamentals
Develop your communication, confidence and customer-service skills while learning our clients, products and sales processes.

Stage 2 – Sales Development
Build your commercial awareness, develop stronger sales skills and learn how to consistently achieve individual targets.

Stage 3 – Leadership
Begin mentoring newer team members, develop coaching skills and learn how successful teams are motivated and managed.

Stage 4 – Management
High performers will have the opportunity to progress towards management responsibility, including developing people, overseeing performance and supporting the growth of campaigns and teams.

Progression is performance-based, so the speed at which you develop is ultimately determined by you.
