Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable, experienced Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, providing exceptional service to our guests in a lively and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring our customers enjoy a memorable experience. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. A friendly attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service are key qualities we value.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area
Handle cash transactions and operate the till with accuracy
Maintain a clean and tidy front of house environment, including tables, counters, and service stations
Support baristas with drink preparation as required, ensuring quality standards are met
Uphold food safety regulations at all times, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Experience working in a restaurant environment or as a barista is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial but not essential; training will be available
Familiarity with food preparation and customer service techniques will help in delivering exceptional guest experiences
A friendly personality with strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
