Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and talented <PERSON> to join our team as a professional hair stylist and barber. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional grooming experiences by providing expert hair styling, barbering, and customer service to our diverse clientele. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and confident in their look. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craft while building lasting relationships with clients and contributing to a vibrant team.

Duties

Perform professional hair styling and barbering services, including cuts, fades,shaves, trims, and grooming consultations
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Communicate clearly with clients about their desired outcomes and aftercare instructions
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering
This is a self employed position with the flexibility to grow.

Requirements

At least 2 years Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and grooming products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for barbering or cosmetology
Passion for delivering high-quality grooming services and enhancing client confidence

Pay: £27,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
