Job Description:

Join our Team as a: Fabricator / Welder
Location: Omagh

Hours: 39 Hour Week. Option to work hours over a four or five day week.

Join our team at Terex Omagh and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated experienced Fabricator / Welder to contribute to our Production team.

As a Fabricator / Welder at Terex, based in Omagh, you'll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.

What you’ll do:

Fabricate and weld components using MIG welding techniques.
Read and interpret Engineering drawings.
Ensure high-quality standards in all fabricated parts.
Inspect Welds for any imperfections or quality issues.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ability to work within a team environment and able to use own initiative.
Meeting set targets whilst working in a production environment.
Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement.
To maintain compliance to all Health and Safety Regulations.

What you’ll bring:

Experience in Welding / Metal fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment and decision-making skill.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal guidance.
Flexible approach to meet business needs/targets.

Desirable:

Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
