Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and learner-focused individual to provide high-quality support to students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and identified learning needs to join the team as a Specialist Inclusion Practitioner.

At Moulton College, we’re committed to providing exceptional support that empowers students to thrive. This is a fulfilling opportunity to collaborate with students, employers, and college staff to deliver inclusive, supportive, and high-quality learning experiences.

Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 24 August, 2026.

Please note, this position is scheduled to begin in September.

Your duties

You will:

Provide proactive support and coaching to learners across full-time, part-time, and work-based programmes, including developing tailored support plans.
Lead on EHCP annual reviews, ensuring compliance with local authority requirements.
Deliver specialist support by undertaking relevant training (e.g. autism, ADHD, sensory impairments) and sharing expertise with teaching staff.
Liaise with external agencies, parents, and carers to ensure learners’ needs are fully supported.

Person specification

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

Experience of working with young people with physical difficulties or learning difficulties.
A full Level 3 qualification
Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
Level 2 Learning Support qualification or equivalent
Formal qualification/training or interest in one of the following areas: visual impairment, hearing impairment, Asperger’s, Autism, ADHD/DB
Up to date professional development in SEND
