Bar Staff

Venue: O2 Academy Oxford
Company: Academy Music Group
Reports to: Bar Manager
Working Hours: Casual

Applicants must be 18+

Role

Bar Staff at the O2 Academy Oxford’s are part of a diverse team of front-of-house employees. The role is to ensure our bars’ operation is executed to the highest standard across a wide variety of live shows, clubs, and events. Bar staff will work closely with the Bar Manager to serve drinks, maintain the bar, and provide top quality customer service at Gigs and Clubs.

Our Team

Our Bar Staff work with Oxford’s leading live music and club venue, where our shows and events are as diverse as the individuals within it. With a positive and supportive approach, the successful candidate will inspire a dedicated, creative team, drive our core values of excellence and inclusivity, and deliver the very best experiences in live entertainment.

About the role

We offer flexible working hours, predominantly in the evenings, and a great opportunity to see live music whilst learning about how the events industry works.

No prior experience in bar work is required as we provide staff training and development.
