Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cover Cleaner to join our cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous janitorial experience or those looking to develop their skills in commercial cleaning. The position is suitable for organised individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services in a professional environment.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are hygienic and presentable
Restock consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the shift, ensuring all areas meet company standards
Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

18:00 to 20:30
