Full job description

Time2Sell Estate Agents is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing team of Self-Employed Estate Agents.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants the freedom of running their own business with the backing of an established, supportive estate agency. Whether you're an experienced negotiator or already self-employed and looking for a better model, you'll benefit from industry-leading commission, ongoing training, dedicated administrative support, and a collaborative team environment.

With no office fees, flexible working, and the freedom to build your business your way, you'll focus on what you do best, winning instructions, conducting viewings, negotiating sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Generate property valuations and win new instructions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.
Conduct accompanied property viewings.
Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
Provide honest, professional advice throughout the selling process.
Work closely with our in-house administration team to ensure a smooth client journey.
Promote yourself and your listings through networking and social media.
Keep up to date with local market trends and property legislation.
Manage your own diary and workload effectively.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within estate agency or property sales is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
A motivated, self-driven attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence building relationships and generating new business.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
