Full job description

Sevenoaks Environmental Consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our contaminated land team and progress their career with our company. Any prior contaminated land consultancy would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

We service a wide variety of Clients and work on a range of industrial, commercial and residential projects, as well as conservation and regeneration schemes. With a reputation for high quality work, safety and project delivery this is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to develop and enhance their professional career.

This is a permanent and full time position within our Contaminated Land Assessment and Remediation team based at our offices in Pembury, Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the day to day project management of Geo-Environmental Phase 1 Desk Studies, Phase 2 Intrusive Site Investigations and Remedial Schemes as well as the preparation of factual and interpretive reports and the on site associated fieldwork.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree in for example Geology, Environmental Science or Contaminated Land. Previous contaminated land consultancy experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.

Applicants should possess a full clean driving license, have their own means of transport and a positive, can do and flexible attitude towards the role.

Please note that as part of the interview process a practical assessment may be required, however prior notice will be given.
