Full job description

We’re excited to be looking for a Lettings Tenancy Signings & Accounts Coordinator to join the vibrant and passionate team.

£30k starting salary with increase after 6 months

The role:

This is a full-time, permanent position for an individual who is organised, motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

Communicating with applicants and prospective contract holders via phone and email
Assisting with a variety of tasks based on business needs, including booking property viewings, communicating with prospective tenants and landlords to progress lets and complete referencing, data entry, and providing general administrative support across the business
Handling walk-ins, incoming calls, and general tenancy enquiries with a professional and friendly approach
Coordinate key collections/returns for tenants, contractors, and landlords
Comfortably switching between desk-based administrative tasks and more hands-on responsibilities as needed to support the wider team

The role will also come with lots of exciting opportunities, including many progression openings in more than one direction!

About you

The ideal candidate will be outgoing and personable, with excellent communication and relationship building skills
You’ll be a dynamic individual who thrives within a busy working environment, with the ability to work both alone and as part of a team
High level of organisation and attention to detail, and comfortable working on multiple tasks at the same time
Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to use your own initiative
Adaptable and quick to learn – no two days are the same
A full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential
