Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Cleaner to join our cleaning team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various holiday cottages during weekend shifts.

Hutton
Keswick
Pooley Bridge
Martindale
Askham
Shap
Orton
Appleby
plus many other areas in between so own transport is essential

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of holiday cottages to an extremely high standard
Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to the highest standards.
Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or hazards during cleaning tasks.
Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain a tidy and organised work environment, adhering to company policies on cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

Prior experience in commercial cleaning work is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
Good organisational skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks on time.
Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties, including lifting light equipment and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work during weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking weekend employment with a focus on maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across various commercial settings.
