Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Secretary to join our dynamic team in. This vital role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting with various office functions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to facilitate efficient operations and foster a positive work environment. Duties

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and clarity
Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies to ensure accessibility and orderliness
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for staff and management
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with event planning, logistics, and other administrative projects as needed
Support team members with tutoring or instructional activities related to special education or English language learning
Facilitate effective communication between departments, clients, or students to promote collaboration

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Experience or training in special education or behavior management is preferred
Demonstrated ability to teach or tutor students effectively across diverse learning needs
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Knowledge of basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and administrative procedures
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for supporting educational development and fostering positive behavior management strategies
