Key Responsibilities

Recording and managing initial inbox enquiries with accuracy and professionalism

Processing consultant referral bonus forms to Accounts
Supporting the Head of Legal Recruitment with projects, reporting and administrative tasks
Processing and recording Fee Earning Consultant recruitment requests from firm consultants
Communicating with consultants and candidates regarding Fee Earning Consultant interviews and outcomes
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first contact through to completion

Requirements

Essential

Excellent verbal and written communication skills — confident, clear and professional
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Confident and personable on the telephone and in meetings — able to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated, with a positive, target-driven attitude
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A genuine team player — approachable, collaborative and supportive
High attention to detail, particularly in data entry, compliance and written communications
Willingness to learn and take ownership of personal development

Desirable

Experience in a telephone sales, recruitment, or customer-facing sales environment
Familiarity with CRM systems
Understanding of the legal sector or professional services environment
Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or other professional platforms
Networking and generating new content on professional platforms
Creating and generating ideas to promote the programme and source new candidates
Attending network events in a professional capacity
