Company Description:
Every AI model runs on physical infrastructure: GPUs, power, land and cooling. Demand is rapidly outstripping supply, creating one of the fastest growing sectors in technology. Companies such as CoreWeave and Nebius have experienced triple digit revenue growth, while the UK’s Nscale reached a $14.6bn valuation in 2026 with Microsoft, OpenAI and NVIDIA among its investors.
GreenWeaver is building sovereign, distributed AI clusters across Europe by partnering with industrial power sites to deploy AI infrastructure in months, not years. With over 1.2GW of infrastructure capacity in our pipeline, we combine energy, infrastructure and AI to deliver secure, scalable compute that strengthens Europe’s technological resilience.
Backed by leading venture capital firms, strategic CVC and angel investors, GreenWeaver offers the opportunity to join an early stage company helping shape the future of AI infrastructure.
The Team:
You’ll work alongside the founders every day, gaining exposure to the decisions that shape the business. Between them, the founding team has founded and exited multiple ventures, helped build category defining technology companies including HelloFresh and Bloomsbury AI (acquired by Meta), and held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Nomura, Glencore and Rocket Internet. Our CEO is a former Managing Director at a $7bn+ investment fund and was featured in Forbes 30 Under 30.
As one of our earliest hires, you’ll have a front row seat to building a venture backed technology company from the ground up. You’ll take ownership of meaningful work from day one, work alongside experienced founders and operators, and develop skills that would typically take years to acquire in a larger organisation.
Role Description:
As demand for GreenWeaver continues to grow, we’re looking for a Founder Associate to work alongside the founders on the company’s highest priority initiatives.
This is a full time, on site role based in London spanning fundraising, strategy, financial modelling, operations, commercial execution and business development. No two weeks are the same.
You’ll help drive high priority initiatives across the business, coordinate complex workstreams, prepare materials for investors, partners and the board, improve internal processes and ensure critical projects continue moving forward.
This is a demanding, fast paced role where priorities evolve quickly. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, thrives in ambiguity and wants broad exposure to building one of Europe’s leading AI infrastructure companies from the inside.
Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and refining investor, board and partner presentations.
- Supporting fundraising through investor decks, investment committee materials, data room preparation, due diligence and investor follow ups.
- Developing and improving financial models, Excel tools, automation, VBA and internal dashboards.
- Researching AI infrastructure, energy markets, customers, competitors and commercial opportunities.
- Evaluating potential AI deployment sites and supporting commercial and infrastructure projects.
- Driving strategic initiatives from idea through execution alongside the founders.
- Coordinating cross functional workstreams, meetings, trackers and action logs across internal teams and external partners.
- Preparing board papers, investment memos and internal decision making materials.
- Turning complex technical and commercial information into clear presentations, reports and recommendations.
- Improving internal processes and helping keep the company’s highest priority initiatives on track.
What you'll gain:
- A front row seat to one of Europe’s fastest growing AI infrastructure companies.
- Direct mentorship from founders and senior executives with experience building, scaling and exiting technology companies.
- The opportunity to work closely with investors, customers, partners and board members.
- A first principles understanding of AI infrastructure, energy markets and the rapidly emerging neocloud ecosystem.
- Ownership of meaningful projects from day one, with responsibility that grows as you do.
- Experience across fundraising, strategy, finance, operations, infrastructure development and commercial execution.
- The opportunity to develop rapidly into a senior operator as GreenWeaver scales.
What we're looking for:
We’re typically looking for candidates with around 1-3 years of experience who are intellectually curious, analytical and excited by solving difficult problems. You take ownership, learn quickly, communicate clearly and thrive in fast moving environments where priorities evolve rapidly and ambiguity is part of the job.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to synthesise complex technical and commercial information into clear recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, prioritising and executing multiple cross functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Confidence working with financial models, Excel and business analysis. Experience with VBA, automation or dashboard development is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing investor presentations, board materials, memos and commercial documentation.
- High levels of ownership, adaptability, resilience and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage ambiguity, think independently and execute to a consistently high standard.
- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar to improve the quality and speed of your work.
- A genuine interest in AI infrastructure, energy, deep technology or climate technology.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science or a related field.
