Full job description

The Role

We’re looking for an organised and reliable person to join our supportive office team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload, takes pride in keeping things organised and is looking for a stable, long-term position within a friendly working environment.

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to our estimating, surveying and operational teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Placing purchase orders and subcontract orders
Recording deliveries
Communicating with suppliers by phone and email
Processing site operatives’ timesheets
Processing invoices and helping to resolve invoice queries
Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks
Occasional filing and scanning
Carrying out other general office duties as required
Learning and using systems including ACC, Forma, CyberQube and SharePoint

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

Reliable and dependable
Organised and able to manage their workload
Comfortable working as part of a team
Confident communicating by phone and email
Willing to learn and help others when needed
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard computer systems

Previous administration experience would be helpful, but it isn’t essential, as full training will be provided.
