Massage Therapist

16–24 Hours Per Week | Seasonal Position

Balance Wellness is an award-winning luxury wellbeing and skin clinic, renowned for delivering exceptional client care and outstanding treatments. We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best through a holistic approach to health, relaxation and wellbeing.

For the summer season, we are expanding our team at our beautiful treatment space in Rock, Cornwall, offering therapies in one of the most picturesque coastal locations in the UK. As our reputation continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Massage Therapist who shares our passion for excellence and creating memorable client experiences.

The Role

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Level 3 Massage Therapist to join us for the busy summer period.

16–24 hours per week.
Immediate start available.
Self-employed or zero-hours contract considered.
Deliver high-quality massage treatments to a loyal and growing client base.
Opportunity to work in a relaxed, luxury environment with a supportive and friendly team.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about wellbeing and takes pride in delivering outstanding treatments.

You will have:

A Level 3 qualification in Massage Therapy.
Excellent massage skills with a caring, client-focused approach.
Sports Massage and/or Deep Tissue Massage qualifications (highly desirable).
Additional qualifications in holistic therapies, facials or other wellbeing treatments would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A professional appearance and positive attitude.
The ability to work independently while also being a valued member of a small team.
Reliability, flexibility and strong organisational skills.
