About the Service

Our Supported Living Service is home to three individuals, aged 21 - 65, who have learning disabilities and autism.

We are a friendly, supportive team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Moving and Assisting Support

PBM Theory and practical training requirements

Epilepsy Support

Medication Support

Your role will involve providing personal care, with some individuals requiring full support while others need prompting and encouragement to maintain their independence.

You will also support individuals to achieve their personal goals by accompanying them on community outings and activities, including discos, shopping, cafs, day trips, and other social events.

This service can be challenging at times, so candidates must have the skills, patience, and resilience to provide high-quality, person-centred support.

Every day is different, and we work together to help each individual live as independently as possible while achieving the outcomes that matter most to them.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs.
Promote independence, choice and dignity.
Support individuals to access their local community, attend appointments and enjoy social activities.
Encourage participation in hobbies, interests and daily routines.
Support with personal care and other daily living tasks where required.
Work closely with colleagues, families and professionals to provide consistent, high-quality support.

Shift Timings.

Sleep in start at 10pm-7am

Day shifts vary

7:00-21:00

11:00-15:00

7:00-15:00

15:00-21:00

21:00-7:00- wakeful shifts
