Team Leader (Barista Meastro)

A bit about the role

As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you’ll have experience of leading a team. You’ll get involved with day-to-day operations, stock ordering, merchandising, health & safety, and most importantly engaging the stores team to exceed our customers expectations.

What’s involved?

Taking the lead on shifts to support the team.
Deploying team members, making the most of people’s talents to ensure that they’re in the right place at the right time.
Training and developing new Baristas and existing team members.
Supporting with the roll out of new campaigns and products, ensuring that the team can hit the ground running.
Driving high standards every shift, whether that’s through the quality of our handmade drinks, or a store walk through to see how you can make our customers visit even better.

A bit about you

Reliability to open and close the store safely and on time.
Team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
