Full job description

This vacancy is for a Accounts Administrator for a specialist supplier of double-glazing spares and door parts to the UK door & window industry based in Westcliff on Sea.

Permanent - with immediate start
Salary - Dependent on experience
Hours - Part time - 16hrs per week

Duties to include:

Sales ledger admin
Purchase ledger admin
Processing Supplier payments
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Processing refunds
Weekly payroll and journals
VAT returns
Keeping track of the company’s cashflow, including preparing cash flow reports
Credit control, including chasing any late payments.
Preparing weekly and monthly management accounts
Assisting with office admin duties

Skill requirements:

Previous bookkeeping experience and knowledge of accounting software is essential.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
