Showroom Manager – BYD High Wycombe

Location: High Wycombe

Advance Motors is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our growing BYD High Wycombe dealership.

BYD is one of the world's fastest-growing electric vehicle manufacturers, and this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding brand with an exceptional range of innovative electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

As Showroom Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the showroom, ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience while driving sales performance and leading the sales team.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure the showroom operates to the highest standards, maximising every sales opportunity and delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support the showroom sales team.
Manage the day-to-day operation of the showroom.
Deliver new vehicle sales, finance and profitability targets.
Lead and enquiry management – ensure all customer enquiries are responded to promptly, followed up effectively and converted into sales opportunities through strong CRM and sales process management.
Ensure every showroom visitor receives a warm, professional and engaging experience.
Monitor lead response times, conversion rates and sales performance.
Maintain excellent showroom presentation and vehicle displays.
Coach and develop Sales Executives through regular training and performance reviews.
Ensure full compliance with FCA requirements and BYD brand standards.
Monitor customer satisfaction, online reviews and CSI performance.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to maximise leads and local marketing activity.
Use CRM, AI and digital tools to improve customer engagement and sales performance.

About You

You will have experience within the automotive industry and enjoy leading by example.

You will be commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You will have:

Previous experience in automotive retail.
Sales management or supervisory experience.
A proven record of delivering sales targets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong customer focus.
Experience using CRM systems.
Good understanding of finance and FCA compliance.
Full UK Driving Licence.
