Equans is looking for a Team Leader to join our team in Reading on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?

Schedule PPM and reactive works in a timely manner ensuring contractual KPI’s are met
Logging and assigning jobs on CAFM systems and other customer based systems as required ensuring all systems are continuously updated
Liaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting information when requested. Issue purchase orders when required
Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of engineering resource
Liaise with courier companies when required to arrange sample collections
Work with the management team to discuss and implement appropriate courses of action to effectively manage workloads across the wider team

WHO ARE YOU?

Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Coupa & Planon) essential
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook
Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image
Experience of purchasing and managing supplier delivery
Technical knowledge within the M&E industry desirable
Health and safety awareness
