We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Contract Support Coordinator to join our team supporting a national facilities management contract.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in coordinating suppliers, subcontractors and purchasing activities to ensure works are delivered efficiently, compliantly and within agreed service levels. You'll support operational teams by managing orders, quotations, supplier performance and system updates, helping to ensure outstanding service for both clients and customers.

As a Contract Support Coordinator, you will:

Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring the correct parts and services are sourced at the best value and delivered within required timescales.

Prepare and submit quotations for client approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to support reactive maintenance and planned works delivery.

Maintain accurate records across business systems, ensuring all orders, deliveries, costs and work orders are updated in a timely manner.

Monitor order progress, supplier performance and delivery schedules, proactively resolving issues that may impact service delivery.

Support the management of invoice queries and supplier disputes, helping to reduce aged debt and ensure timely payment processing.

Work closely with Supply Chain and Operational teams to address issues early and improve overall service performance.

Maintain supplier and subcontractor documentation, records and reporting information to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Validate and quality-check large volumes of data and information, ensuring high standards of accuracy at all times.

Produce reports and management information to support operational and commercial decision-making.

Support departmental KPI and SLA performance through effective coordination, prioritisation and communication.

Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and subcontractors, representing the business professionally at all times.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support wider team objectives as required.
You'll be a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
You'll also have:

Previous administrative experience within a busy operational environment.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience within facilities management, procurement, supply chain, customer service or service coordination environments.

Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors and purchase order processes.

Knowledge of SLA and KPI-driven service delivery environments.
