Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing projects, and analysing market trends to optimise our outreach efforts. Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Lead market research and analyse industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
Foster relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and collaboration.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing detailed analysis and reports using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team, promoting a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence.
Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and aligned with organisational branding standards.

Experience

Proven experience in marketing management roles, preferably within B2B /B2C marketing environments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to organise multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or projects.
Proficiency in analysis tools and techniques to evaluate campaign performance and market data.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and IT systems relevant to marketing functions.
Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead innovative marketing strategies while fostering organisational growth through strategic planning and effective team management.
