Salary: £13.65 per hour
Location: Birchwood House & Birchwood Lodge, Lincoln
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week (Full Time)

Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and passionate Complex Care Team Leader to join our specialist services at Birchwood House & Birchwood Lodge in Lincoln.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a committed team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex behaviours, helping them to live fulfilling, safe and independent lives.

About the Role

As a Complex Care Team Leader, you will lead by example, supporting your team to deliver outstanding care while ensuring the highest standards of quality, dignity and respect are maintained.

Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and supervise a team of Support Workers.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Develop and review individual care and support plans in partnership with healthcare professionals.
Support individuals with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and daily living activities.
Monitor the quality of care and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Glenholme Specialist Healthcare policies and procedures.
Promote independence, dignity, inclusion and choice for every individual we support.
Act as a positive role model, mentoring and developing your team.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and inspiring others.

You will have:

Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within health and social care.
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
Good knowledge of CQC standards and current care legislation.
A compassionate, patient and person-centred approach.
Flexibility to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of the people you support.
