Customer Recovery Project Manager

Location:Redruth, Cornwall (with support for depots in Devon, Berkshire and the Midlands)

This is an inescapable reality. We are a 24 hour response Company with fire and flood damage events occurring at any time and can impact us outside 'normal' working hours of 9-5.

The Role: A Dynamic Opportunity for a Customer-Focused Leader
Step into a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same. As a Customer Recovery Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of new insurance claims from start to finish, guiding customers and stakeholders through the restoration process with confidence and care. This isn’t just about managing tasks—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and making smart decisions under pressure to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do:

Take the lead on new claims, acting as the key point of contact for customers (from busy professionals to vulnerable individuals), insurers, loss adjusters, and technical teams.
Quickly assess customer needs and interpret complex information—like building damage reports and insurance policies—to shape effective restoration plans.
Collaborate with our on-site teams to define scopes of work that prevent further damage, reduce claim costs, and exceed expectations.
Adapt to shifting priorities or insurer decisions, keeping projects on track and within budget.
Drive successful outcomes by monitoring progress, coordinating site visits, and ensuring clear, professional communication with all parties.
