Full job description

Overview

We are Artisan Burgers, and we’re building our founding team for our brand-new, high-spec shop at No. 17 Harold Wood (RM3). We are looking for energetic, professional, confident and proactive individuals to join us as Front of House staff/waiters.

Experience is essential for this role.

Due to the requirements of this role, any applications without relevant FOH experience will not be considered.

The Role

Front-of-House (Waiter): You are the face of the shop, the first impression our customers will receive, delivering friendly hospitality while managing our digital POS and delivery platforms like Deliveroo and Uber Eats.

Duties

Digital Management: Operating touchscreen POS systems and coordinating multi-channel orders during busy shifts.
Pristine Standards: Maintaining "Stainless Steel Cleanliness" and following strict food safety (HACCP) and stock rotation (FIFO) protocols.
Hospitality: Providing clear menu explanations and a vibrant, customer-focused attitude. Our FOH must lead with a confident, resourceful and enthusiastic attitude.

Qualifications

Experience: FOH experience is essential for this role.
Attributes: Intensely reliable, highly punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Tech Literacy: Ability to fluidly switch between guest interaction and managing live delivery dashboard feeds.
Flexibility: Availability for a flexible, full time rota, including evenings and weekends in the RM3 area.
