Field Service Technician - Analytical

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Mettler Toledo is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our growing Service Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading instrumentation and measurement technology, supporting customers across a range of sectors.

Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
Install, commission, and qualify new equipment, ensuring all systems meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Deliver high-quality service activities efficiently, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Submit all field service reports, documentation, and expense claims promptly and accurately.

What You Need to Succeed

Previous experience in field service, instrumentation, calibration, or related engineering disciplines.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and documentation abilities.
A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence
