Job Overview Apprentice Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: [Location]
Salary: National Apprenticeship Wage (or above, depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time (37.5–40 hours per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales and marketing while gaining a recognised qualification.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, developing practical skills in customer engagement, digital marketing, lead generation, and business development. No previous experience is required just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with creating and managing social media content.
Support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Contact prospective customers by telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
Maintain and update the company CRM system.
Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and marketing materials.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Help organise promotional activities and events.
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in sales and marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Good organisational and time management skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred).
