Job Summary

We are a fast-growing renewable energy company seeking a dynamic and creative Videographer & Content Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence across social media, websites and other marketing channels.

In this role, you will produce engaging video content, manage multimedia projects, and develop compelling content strategies that resonate with our target audiences. Your expertise will drive brand awareness and support our overall marketing objectives through innovative visual content and strategic content management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creative talents while making a tangible impact on our marketing success.

Duties

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various platforms including social media, websites and email campaigns.
Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies and marketing campaigns.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of multimedia assets across channels.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar for editing photos and videos to enhance visual appeal.
Optimize video and written content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Maintain and update content management systems like WordPress, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine content strategies.
Capture professional photography to supplement digital campaigns and enhance engagement.
Manage social media accounts through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok to grow followers.
Apply knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic website updates or customization when needed.

Experience

Proven experience in videography, video editing, and multimedia content creation across diverse digital and social media channels.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Premiere Pro, Final Cut pro, CapCut or similar for editing images and videos.
Hands-on experience managing websites using WordPress or other content management systems.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and optimization techniques for video and written content.
Familiarity with social media marketing strategies, analytics tools, and social media management platforms.
Ability to develop compelling content strategies that align with marketing goals and audience preferences.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for website updates or customization is a plus.
Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table.
Have a strong understanding of marketing and how content generates leads and sales.
Portfolio of previous work and examples of social media content you've created are required.

Pay: £28,420.00-£40,000.00 per year
