At Samskip, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Services Coordinator who is passionate about logistics and ready to make a real impact in a global company.

As a Customer Services Coordinato r, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations from our office in Ipswich. Your role will be crucial in building strong customer relationships and ensuring our services run seamlessly.

Basic knowledge of European customs procedures (preferred but not required).

Generate reports and maintain oversight of key performance metrics.
