HOURS: 40 hours a week
LOCATION: Guernsey

We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator who will manage and allocate reactive and planned maintenance activities across a busy corporate facilities environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
Role Responsibilities
Manage jeopardy across all reactive, planned, and statutory maintenance tasks, prioritising high-volume workloads to meet SLA and contractual requirements.
Allocate reactive, planned, and statutory works to engineers and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication through agreed channels.
Monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance, and maintenance schedules to ensure full compliance.
Track performance using live systems, ensuring accurate reporting, evidencing, and adherence to KPI requirements.
Review service reports, identify remedial actions, and communicate requirements to engineering or management teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience in a Facilities Management role managing both hard and soft services.
Technical background with knowledge of building services and compliance requirements.
IOSH qualification.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
