Start Date: Immediate Start

Hours: 40+ hours per week (Includes split shifts, extended peak-season hours, and mandatory weekend work)

Contract: ONGOING / LONG-TERM ROLE (Immediate start with permanent, year-round potential)

Behind our customer experience is a fast-paced, highly modern operation utilizing integrated digital systems for online order workflows, computerised cutting lists, delivery scheduling, and Sage 50 financial management.

We are seeking a mature, dynamic, and exceptionally capable Administration Lead a professional with rich life experience, an proactive "can-do" mindset, and the ambition to fully embed themselves as a trusted, long-term leader within our business.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Ownership

As our lead administrative professional, you will ensure the highest level of operational efficiency across the farm:

Digital Workflows & Systems: Overseeing computerised cutting lists, online order pipelines, and digital scheduling platforms to ensure absolute accuracy from order placement to delivery.

Financial Management (Sage 50): Managing daily accounts, customer invoicing, supplier purchase orders, account reconciliations, and till audits using Sage 50.

Logistical Precision: Maintaining zero-defect order records, wholesale schedules, and delivery

documentation during high-volume trading periods.

Professional Communications: Acting as a confident, articulate liaison for incoming business inquiries, key accounts, and customer communications.

Team Synergy: Demonstrating adaptive leadership—supporting broader operational teams whenever peak seasonal demand requires a hands-on approach.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded candidate who brings both capability and composure to the workplace:

Digital & Systems Expertise: Highly proficient with business software, online ordering platforms, digital scheduling, and automated workflows.

Financial & Accounting Capability: Practical, working expertise in Sage 50 Accounts and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Proactive & Dynamic Mindset: A vibrant, self-motivated approach to work, with a natural ability to anticipate operational needs and solve problems independently.

Long-Term Commitment: Seeking a permanent, ongoing role within an established company where you can build a long-term professional home.

Seasonal Stamina & Flexibility: Comfortable and adaptable to working extended peak-season hours, split shifts, and mandatory weekend shifts during our busiest trading window (autumn through December).

Poise Under Pressure: Matured by life experience, you remain calm, professional, and composed in a fast-moving, high-demand office environment.

Working Hours & Position Security

Schedule: Base 40 hours per week, with extended peak-season hours, split shift patterns, and overtime during peak trading weeks.

Weekends: Mandatory weekend working during peak autumn and winter trading periods.

Opportunity: This is an ongoing position with permanent year-round potential, offering long-term stability for a dedicated candidate.
