Job Overview

We are a small family business committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. We are looking for an organised , proactive, and customer focused service operations coordinator to support our day to day operations and help ensure our services are delivered efficientlty.

As our service operations coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating customer requests, scheduling work to engineers & planning routes to ensure a smooth business operation. This is excellent opportunity for someone who can work on their own initiative and enjoys variety, problem solving, and working in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily service operations and schedules
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquires.
Book appointments and allocate work to the appropriate team members
Maintain accurate customer and service records
Prepare quotes, and service documentation
Monitor work progress and follow up with customers
Support continuous improvement of business processes
Produce basic reports using Microsoft Excel & other business systems

Qualifications

Previous experience in a service coordination, operations or administration role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently.
A positive, flexible and team-oriented attitude.
Experience using CRM or scheduling software is an advantage.

This role is ideal for candidates eager to develop their career within service operations while contributing to organisational success through effective coordination and communication skills.

Pay: £26,300.00-£28,000.00 per year
