You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Stafford.

This community pharmacy is commutable from Stoke-on-Trent or Wolverhampton and is located on the high street. It has a great relationship with the GP surgery/health centre.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 4,000 items a month/week,
It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, NHS & all private services including weight loss.
It provides services to substance misuse patients.
It dispenses 50 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open 8:30 - 6pm Monday to Friday, this role will be to cover Thursday & Friday. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of an ACT, ACD, Trainee Technician and 4 qualified pharmacy assistants.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
