Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Assistant Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will support the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily functions. Your leadership will help foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for, while also managing staff and administrative tasks with efficiency and enthusiasm. Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring service excellence across all departments
Support guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards of hospitality
Help manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes accurately and efficiently
Promote a positive team environment by motivating staff and fostering professional development
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies at all times

Qualifications

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred; familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively
Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with guests and team members
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hospitality management software or reservation systems is desirable
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service
