Job Description

Location: East Kilbride Ice Rink, Olympia Shopping Centre, East Kilbride

Number of posts: 3

Duration: Casual

Work Pattern: As and when required

Hourly Rate: £13.80

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Recreation Assistant (Ice) to work at East Kilbride Ice Rink to help provide a safe and enjoyable experience for customers of all ages and abilities.

You'll support ice rink operations, assist customers on and off the ice, maintain equipment and facilities, and play an important role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

What You'll Do

Assist customers, ensuring their safety while using the ice rink.
Carry out basic skate maintenance, fitting skates, and replacing laces.

About You

Must be a competent ice skater.
Has a knowledge of health and safety in a customer-facing environment.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
