Based: Scotland

Reporting to: Head of Scottish Sales

Contract: Permanent

This role is To ensure that all personal sales objectives are achieved/exceeded by driving sales through the existing customer base and new business opportunities.

Main tasks and responsibilities

We’re looking for a driven, dynamic and results-focused Sales Account Manager to join our Scottish Sales team. In this field-based role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and play a key part in expanding Annodata’s market presence. If you love meeting clients, winning new business, and working with a passionate team, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Promote and sell our full product and service range to existing and new customers.
- Win new business by targeting competitor accounts and growing our market share.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions that support long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through meetings, calls and emails.
- Actively engage users in your territory to grow and upgrade our existing MIF.
- Keep account profiles and reviews accurate and up to date.
- Meet targets across customer contact, competitive account activity, forecasting and sales cycle management.
- Attend weekly meetings, 1:1s and monthly reviews.
- Work collaboratively across the Kyocera UK Group and with Pre/Post-Sales Consultants.
- Respond quickly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customers receive full product training.
- Follow all company procedures and uphold our ethical and quality standards.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Proven experience in a sales role—office supplies or financial services experience is a bonus.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
High proficiency with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.

Competencies and Key success factors
